Grey Bruce Community Mental Health Teams
Mental Health Grey Bruce is an alliance between two mental health and addictions agencies – Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce Branch Mental Health and Addictions Services and Grey Bruce Health Services. Services provided include information, referral, counseling, case management, housing & outreach community support, social recreational activities, Psychiatry and education.
The Grey Bruce Community Mental Health Teams are part of Mental Health Grey Bruce:

Other clinical programs available including intensive case management, brief therapy, group work, psychiatric consult and housing support.

The Men’s Program
The Men’s Program works with men, to help support the safety of women and children through direct instruction and discussion of power and control issues. We promote the development of healthy relationships through fostering self-responsibility and accountability.
Mental Health Intensive Case Management
An interdisciplinary team comprised of both CMHA and Grey Bruce Health Services Staff developed to meet the complex needs of clients with serious mental illness who require a high degree of support in their community. This program assists clients by bringing mental health services into their community and homes to increase the individual’s quality of life and allow them the opportunity to work towards recovery. Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training ASIST is for everyone sixteen or older who wants to be able to provide suicide first aid. The two day course teaches effective intervention skills while helping to build suicide prevention networks in the community.
